Innis Erasmus"If one thinks positive, excellent thoughts, you will be propelled towards greatness!!! I’ve started my transformation trough entering the USN Body and Lifestyle Challenge by buying the passport and setting goals for myself during the 12 weeks. I wanted to lose at least 15kg that is 5kg in a 4 week period! The guidelines on nutrition, training and supplements by USN was a fantastic tool to accomplish my goal of becoming lean and ripped! Thank you USN for guiding me to a new body!" |

Herman Beukes"This challenge has really inspired me to change throughout the 12 weeks and I fell apart of something bigger and better than myself. If you have worked hard throughout the challenge, you are a winner! Even though you might not win the Challenge. You can have a new start! Start by changing your mind, change your body and you will change your life. Thanks to USN, I have a changed life now." |

Jenny Niewoudt"As they say actions speaks louder than words. I stick to my diet and workout program and I make sure all my friends know my daily routine. Whenever I am invited for a social they know my routine and it gives them the opportunity to be more aware of health and diet. I share my secrets with everybody who wants to know how I got in shape especially during wintertime. I tell them that it is much easier to stick to the weight loss program and I tell them about the supplements I use and what it does for my body; no one thus far could argue with me about it as they are the ones who notice the changes. I am moving back to Nelspruit on the 17th and already two of my friends are waiting for me as they want to start their program with me as soon as I move back." |

Johan De Beer"During November 2006 an insurance policy was loaded because of obesity. I could not understand why because according to me I was no more than 5 kg overweight! During December me and 2 friends decided that we would like to start our 50th year without a “BIERPENS”." |

Leon Klein"Transformation, in my opinion is nothing more and nothing less then the result of an intentional committed action of my soul, mind and heart as well as body. What I think, feel, believe, value about myself is the substance of my transformation." |

Leonard Marx"The regression of my body to place unnoticed. The years passed by and I thought young at heart keeps one going. However, the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge awoke my awareness. A rude awakening. I realized that my alcohol consumption was on a gradual and steady increase, furthermore I ate what I liked and not what liked me. I overnight adjusted my eating habits. I divided my nutrition consumption into six smaller meals per day. Cutting drastically on non essential fats and calorie intake. I commenced by planning my meals and consumed 2500 calories per day (divided into six meals)." |

Marelize Joubert"Prior to encountering the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge, I was leading a very comfortable exercise-free lifestyle. At the same time I gave no thought to a diet of any sort. At the time my body fat was 28%. I was flabby, unfit and not great to look at – especially not in a bikini! My circle of friends at that time, was very limited. USN has turned my life around completely – for the better!" |

Martin Milne"All too soon I turned 40 and although not over weight, my shape was gone… glancing at myself in the mirror I decided that this body had to change for the better! On the 9th of January 2008 I bought my USN transformation pack and started with the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge. Although I have been training for some time I never go the results I wanted." |

Quinten Rall"First it was the mental change to prepare your mind for the lifestyle change. From eating 4 meals a day I went to eating 9 meals a day every 2-3 hours, but the trick was to clean up the diet by cutting those fats sugars and refined energy out of your daily intake and replacing that with slow releasing carbs and a base of 2 grams of quality protein per kilo of body mass. As I progressed I started cutting on my carb calories and replacing the energy with good fats and protein." |

Sarel Swanepoel"At the mature age of 54 (which has now become a young 54) I have once again become active in all spheres of life with regular training, healthy eating habits and USN supplements becoming part of my daily life. A lifestyle that was once obese and revolved around bad habits, high cholesterol and blood pressure with constant medication (resulting to quadruple bypass surgery and one month in intensive care) has now transformed into a healthy active and balanced lifestyle with cholesterol and sugar levels that people could only dream about. I have the blood pressure of a young man of 115 over 75 as apposed to 180 over 95." |

Tinus Smit"Starting the year 2007 I was 20kg overweight, unhappy, without energy, feeling very uncomfortable with myself, male individual. My eating and drinking habits was probably as bad as most middle aged South African Males. I managed to shed about 5kg’s up to November when I realized I need help if I want to see significant results. The USN Body & Lifestyle Competition was exactly what I needed and I jumped for the opportunity with everything I got. It wasn’t all plain sailing through the 12 weeks, as I had to deal with the Christmas holidays and then the new years. To top it all I had to leave home during January and with it my support structure for 4 weeks for work." |

Vernalee Kruger"I’ve been living off junk food for the last 5 years, because of my busy schedule. It’s fast and filling but, VERY fattening. I started off by replacing meals with USN Diet Fuel and USN Pure Protein with oats in the mornings and again before bedtime. Trying many diets before, but always feeling starved and deprived. I was completely amazed that USN’s nutritional shakes satisfied me to the extent, that my cravings completely disappeared. By following the USN weight loss guide I realized it didn’t consume as much time as I anticipated. The extra time compromised on preparing meals for the day compensated for the immense energy I gained." |
