If one thinks positive, excellent thoughts, you will be propelled towards greatness!!! I’ve started my transformation trough entering the USN Body and Lifestyle Challenge by buying the passport and setting goals for myself during the 12 weeks. I wanted to lose at least 15kg that is 5kg in a 4 week period! The guidelines on nutrition, training and supplements by USN was a fantastic tool to accomplish my goal of becoming lean and ripped! Thank you USN for guiding me to a new body !
“If you transform your mind and want to change, God will transform your life!”
I’m 29 years old and a dad of two lovely kids, a girl, Carli, turning 3 years old and a boy Ian turning 1 year old. It started when my wife was pregnant with our first child. I call it ‘kavaad’ syndrome, I let it slide and picked up a massive 18kg’s. I binged on take-a-ways, chocolates and my favorite, Coca-Cola.
I’m a physiotherapist, trying to help people with back and neck problems and take special interest in sport physiotherapy. I’m involved with a Currie Cup side – The Eagles – and have been with the Stormers in 2004, currently physio for the SA Rugby Amateur side playing in the African Cup.
I did the odd jog when I was beside the rugby field at training sessions, and went to the gym once or twice a week with no plan at all.
I decided, this is it, I met some guys at Advanced Body Studio, that introduced me to the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge. I bought the starter pack and decided I should change and transform a.s.a.p. before turning 30. I wanted my body for life!
During my workouts, I concentrated on intensity and focused a lot more and if I didn’t train I was getting advice from the USN shop assistant on what supplements to drink for recovery and how many shakes etc..
I tour a lot with the rugby teams, manager a busy physiotherapy practice, which make routine difficult, and the family wants my attention as well.
Sometimes on tour, I would go to pharmacies for USN products, because I’m running on empty.
CLA is a habit after meals and I will continue to transform.
I had guidelines from this book (Challenge Passport of USN) that helped me a lot, and especially the CD on nutrition.
I’ll show photos to my friends to proof what USN did for me and I did already. Some of them think it’s computer tricks, but when I take my shirt off in the gym they know it’s for real!!!
Thank you for the Transformation!
