How did I change my workout routine during the 12 week training period?

Before the Challenge I found excuses not to exercise. Now I realize that a good workout can change your life. I get up early in the morning, go to the gym and after a full workout I start my days feeling more energetic than ever before.

What was the most inspirational factor that assisted me throughout the 12 weeks?

The first week of my diet and workout were rather exhausting. Then I started feeling more energetic and could get through a day without feeling tired and sleepy at midday. I then noticed the difference in my weight and muscle growth; it was an inspiration on it’s own. My friends and family started to complement me on my weight-loss and that inspired me even more. As time passed I felt more confident and got used to my daily routine of diet and workout. I love to be in a routine and setting realistic goal for myself. When I reach my goal it makes me feel better and it inspires me to set my goals a bit higher. Since I started my diet and lost unwanted kilo’s and centimeters I became more aware of a healthy and fitness lifestyle. I’d rather be on a healthy diet and work-out program than live the unhealthy life where I ate junk food and always felt tired. The most inspirational factor that assisted me through these 12 weeks Is the fact that I feel good and look better than I have ever felt or looked in my life. I sleep much better at night and am more energetic and can concentrate throughout my day without wanting to take a nap in the afternoons. I want to take this opportunity to thank USN for this great Body & Lifestyle Challenge. It has made me a better person an I can inspire my family and friends without many words but rather my appearance. You have me the opportunity to inspire my two daughters to live a healthier live with a healthy diet and exercise program that suits them and their lifestyles.

How would I describe to a friend how the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge has successfully changed my lifestyle?

As they say actions speaks louder than words. I stick to my diet and workout program and I make sure all my friends know my daily routine. Whenever I am invited for a social they know my routine and it gives them the opportunity to be more aware of health and diet. I share my secrets with everybody who wants to know how I got in shape especially during wintertime. I tell them that it is much easier to stick to the weight loss program and I tell them about the supplements I use and what it does for my body; no one thus far could argue with me about it as they are the ones who notice the changes. I am moving back to Nelspruit on the 17th and already two of my friends are waiting for me as they want to start their program with me as soon as I move back.
