During November 2006 an insurance policy was loaded because of obesity. I could not understand why because according to me I was no more than 5 kg overweight!

During December me and 2 friends decided that we would like to start our 50th year without a “BIERPENS”.

The final straw came after seeing photo’s of Theo Haarhoff’s brother (more or less my age). I was not yet convinced that underneath my belly could be a “six pack”.

At this stage my wife was training with Manie Lemmer and I could see that she was starting to actually enjoy it. Her enthusiasm towards the gym programme and result there of motivated me to also re-form my body.

I joined the gym and started to train under Alet Lemmer. With the help of Alet and my training partner and some USN Products I started my road to loose the extra “5kg”. I started with a new eating plan which became my lifestyle. USN Protein shakes and bars assisted me to keep my appetite in control. CLA helped me burning the extra carbs/fat. With this and the gym programme I ended up by loosing the extra “5kg” – being nearly 25kg!!!!

USN helped me not only to loose the extra kg’s, but my health and energy levels has changed dramatically. My Cholesterol and Gout history is something of the past.

My life has changed with the help of Alet and USN.
